Sheringham Shoal and Dudgeon Extensions Offshore Wind Farm is a joint venture partnership.

The Dudgeon Offshore Wind Farm is owned by Equinor, Masdar and China Resources, whilst Sheringham Shoal Offshore Wind Farm is owned by Equinor, Equitix Offshore 5 (co-owned by Equitix and the Renewable Investment Group TRIG) and a fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management).

The Extensions Project is currently owned 63.6% by Equinor, 19.6% Masdar, 16.8% China Resources Power.

Equinor is leading the development and construction and will operate the wind farm on completion for its expected operational life of around 35 years.

The 155 turbines that make up the wind farms have been producing enough electricity to power 710,000 homes since 2017.
